The developer said Koe’s last day with the company will be on Sept 30.

“The board of directors, management and Staff of S P Setia respect Koe’s decision and thank him for his dedicated service and important contributions over the last 25 years. We value his commitment to the company and wish him all the best for his future,” chairman Tan Sri Syed Anwar Jamalullail said in a statement.

Koe’s replacement as deputy president & COO will be announced in due course.
